With over 35 years leadership experience, I am an executive and career coach excelling in developing leaders, helping them burst through the glass ceiling, fulfil their true potential, and meet their wildest dreams.
With 35 years experience, starting in Thorn Lighting, but predominantly in General Electric (USA) I have had leadership roles across multiple functions including sales, marketing, product management and operations, run global P&Ls across multiple industries including Lighting, Instrumentation and O&G and led teams across the globe in multiple locations and functions.
From leading +£350mm businesses, in 2014 I turned my back on the corporate world and started , built and sold my own £3mm services business with my wife.
But it was only in 2018 when we sold this business, that I started to really fulfil my passion to help business leaders excel in their profession and personal lives. Starting as a Vistage Chair, I am now a Coach and Chair for Nexus Leaders the leading peer-to-peer business group in the East Midlands and launched LEE Executive Coaching & Development in 2020.
My purpose remains constant – to significantly enrich and enhance the lives of the people in my extended community, the leaders I deal with and everyone whom I touch and beyond
